To kick off their campaign in the qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations, Morocco 2015, Tunisia has scheduled two friendly matches against South Korea and Belgium. These matches are considered crucial preparations by the coach of the Carthage Eagles, Georges Leekens.
“South Korea is a formidable opponent. They play with intensity and pace, often forcing their opponents to chase the game. It will be a valuable test for us. On the other hand, Belgium offers a different challenge. They possess a strong tactical understanding and boast talented individuals. What I’m looking for from my players is commitment, even if their performance is not perfect. The squad for these matches will be announced on May 15th,” Leekens stated.
The Eagles of Carthage find themselves in a tough group alongside Egypt and Senegal, with the final opponent yet to be determined.
