The Confederation of African Football (CAF) conducted the draw for the group stage of the Confederation Cup on Tuesday, resulting in the formation of two evenly matched groups comprising four teams each.
In Group A, Coton Sport de Garoua, AC Léopards, ASEC Mimosas, and AS Real Bamako will battle it out for supremacy.
Group B features Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly alongside Etoile du Sahel, Sewé Sport, and Nkana from Zambia.
The teams will face each other in home-and-away matches, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals of the competition.
The first matchday in the groups is scheduled for the weekend of May 16th, 17th, and 18th.
