According to Afrik-foot, the agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Moroccan Federation in Rabat, with Almamy Kabele Camara, the 2nd vice-president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), and the Moroccan body represented by its newly elected president Fouzi Lekjaa.
The comprehensive document, totaling 78 pages with attached annexes, delineates the areas of responsibility for both the CAF and the Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), as well as the interactions between them. It details actions to be taken in various areas including marketing, media coverage, transportation, accommodation, ticketing, accreditations, security, and finances.
