Divock Origi, the revelation of the season at LOSC, has attracted interest from several clubs, especially in the Premier League. Despite his young age, the Belgian striker of Kenyan origin has shown promising performances, scoring five goals in Ligue 1. However, Origi expressed contentment with his current club, stating that he feels he is progressing there.
In a press conference, Origi stated, “I work hard. I show that I am hungry in training or when I have the chance to come on the field. I think I have progressed since the start of the season. As a young player, that’s the most important thing. I’m happy at the club. I feel that I am progressing here.”
Despite his positive sentiments, clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly closely monitoring Origi’s performances. However, with his contract running until 2016 with LOSC, it remains to be seen whether these clubs will make a move for him in the upcoming summer transfer window.
