Romain Hamouma expressed optimism about Saint-Etienne’s chances of securing a place in the Europa League during a press conference ahead of the 33rd day of Ligue 1 in France.
“I am determined to help the team at the end of the season,” said the midfielder, emphasizing the importance of everyone’s contribution to achieve the goal of European qualification.
However, Hamouma acknowledged the challenge posed by their upcoming match against Reims. “Reims is a very good team. We will have to be 100% to hope to beat them. You must not doubt and play liberated. We have a quality group,” he said, highlighting the need for focus and determination.
Saint-Etienne currently sits in 4th place with 55 points, while Reims occupies 9th place with 44 points.
