Faouzi Lekjaa, representing Renaissance Sportive from Berkane, has emerged as the sole candidate for the presidency of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) after the deadline for submitting candidacies expired. The FRMF election is scheduled for this Sunday, where Lekjaa will be the only contender.
Additionally, a general assembly will convene on the same day to elect representatives from first and second division clubs, amateur clubs, and presidents of regional leagues. The assembly will also see the ratification of the FRMF electoral code, aligning it with the FIFA Standard Electoral Code.
