Chelsea suffered a major setback in their Champions League quarter-final match against PSG as Eden Hazard was forced off with an injury after just 17 minutes of play. The midfielder, a key player for Chelsea, had to be substituted, with German Andre Schurrle taking his place on the field.
Despite Hazard’s injury, PSG, who were already without the injured Ibrahimovic, appeared to be in control of the match. Chelsea, however, could take some solace in the return from injury of their striker, Samuel Eto’o.
With the score still level at 0-0 after 20 minutes at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea faced the challenge of overcoming Hazard’s absence to secure a favorable result against PSG.
