The preparations for the 2014 President Cup are well underway, with Lomé set to host the first edition of this sub-regional competition from April 19 to 28 as part of Togo’s Independence Day celebrations. Five West African teams are expected to participate in the tournament, including Benin, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, and Nigeria.
The tournament’s draw was conducted two weeks ago, placing Togo in Group A alongside Benin and Ivory Coast, while Group B consists of Nigeria, Niger, and Mali.
The full schedule of matches has been revealed by the Organizing Committee in collaboration with Ufoa (Union of West African Federations), zone B. All matches will be held at the Lomé municipal stadium.
