OGC Nice plans to honor Kevin Anin, who has been absent from Ligue 1 for a year following a tragic road accident in June 2013. As part of the 31st round of the French championship between OGC Nice and PSG at the Allianz Arena, the club has decided to pay tribute to the Martinican footballer. Anin’s last appearance on the field was on April 21 at the Parc des Princes.
“Kevin, uno di noi” (Kevin, one of us) will be the inscription on the t-shirts worn by the entire Nice team during the warm-up before the Nice-PSG match next Friday at the Allianz Riviera. Additionally, in the 17th minute of the game, corresponding to Anin’s jersey number, the audience will observe a minute of applause to demonstrate that the supporters have not forgotten him.
