Jean-Claude Blanc, the deputy director of PSG, has also shared his thoughts on the draw for the Champions League quarter-finals. While acknowledging the challenge posed by facing Chelsea, Blanc believes that the English club is certainly a tough opponent but also beatable.
Blanc stated, “It’s a tough draw, but all the draws were tough today. We find Chelsea, a team we have already faced in the Champions League. Chelsea, which is the leader of the English championship, against Paris, which is the leader of the French championship. It’s going to be a very good quarter-final with two very competitive matches. (…) Chelsea is a very strong team with great players, a great coach. We are going to prepare for this match in the best possible way to play a great quarter-final.”
