Granada player Youssef El-Arabi, a prominent striker for his team in the Spanish Liga, recently disclosed to L’Equipe about potential opportunities to return to the French Ligue 1 during the past transfer windows.
El-Arabi revealed that last summer, Saint-Étienne expressed interest in acquiring him on loan, and there was also interest from Bordeaux during the winter transfer window, particularly if the arrival of Guillaume Hoarau did not materialize.
Despite currently plying his trade in Spain, El-Arabi remains open to offers and expressed his desire to join a top-tier, ambitious club, whether in Spain or elsewhere.
With his future prospects still uncertain, it remains to be seen if the summer transfer window will present an opportunity for the Moroccan striker to make a return to France.
