In an interview with topmercato.com, Fabrice N’Sakala discussed his future at Anderlecht, the club he joined during the last summer transfer window. Implicitly, the Congolese native acknowledged that he does not plan to remain at the Belgian club indefinitely.
Expressing regret for leaving Ligue 1, N’Sakala openly expressed his desire to join a more ambitious club in Europe, with the goal of potentially earning a place in the French national team in the near future. “There is a spot to be filled. Besides Evra, there aren’t many players who consistently get playing time. I would need to be at a club with greater visibility than Anderlecht, despite its reputation,” he stated.
When asked about his preferred destination, N’Sakala indicated that he has “no preference.” Given his current trajectory, it seems likely that the former Troyes player will soon attract attention from top clubs.
Anderlecht currently sits in 3rd place in the league standings, trailing Standard de Liège, who holds the top position, by ten points.
