Ferhat confirmed Montpellier’s interest, mentioning that his former coach Roland Courbis is leading the club. Despite the transfer speculation, Ferhat’s immediate goal is to secure a spot in the Algerian national team for the 2014 World Cup. He expressed his determination to make the final squad of 23 players selected by coach Vahid Halilhodzic.
