Foued Kadir, the Algerian midfielder currently on loan from Marseille to Rennes, has become a key player for the Breton club. As speculation swirls regarding his future, whether Rennes will retain him or if he’ll return to Marseille for the following season remains uncertain. Kadir himself admits to being undecided, focusing instead on giving his all to help his current team and keeping the upcoming World Cup in his sights.
“I don’t know yet. It’s still early days. Right now, my priority is to contribute to the success of my team. Additionally, the upcoming World Cup is on my mind. I’ll have to assess my options regarding my future after considering all factors,” he stated on RMC.
Having joined Marseille in December 2012 from Valenciennes, Kadir’s future remains open-ended, with both club and personal aspirations playing a significant role in his decision-making process.
