Samuel Umtiti is reportedly drawing the attention of AC Milan, according to reports from Sky Sport Italia. The Cameroonian full-back has caught the interest of the Rossoneri for the upcoming season. AC Milan sees Umtiti as a potential replacement for Philippe Mexes or Matias Silvestre, the latter currently on loan to Inter Milan.
Umtiti has made 19 appearances this season for Lyon and is under contract with the club until June 2017.
In addition to Umtiti, AC Milan is also eyeing Gabriel Girotto, a midfielder from Botafogo. Girotto is familiar to Milan’s current coach, Seedorf, and is highly valued for his temperament and technical abilities.
