After being reappointed at the helm of the Guinea national team on Monday, Michel Dusseyer held his first press conference on Tuesday, expressing his satisfaction at returning to lead Syli.
Dusseyer emphasized his desire to continue working with the team, which he has been building over the past three years. He described the group as young, ambitious, and full of potential, expressing his commitment to supporting them in future endeavors.
With an 18-month contract, the Guinean football leaders aim to qualify for the 2015 African Cup of Nations in Morocco. Dusseyer acknowledged the disappointment of missing out on the 2013 edition and stressed the importance of doing their best to secure qualification for the upcoming tournament.
The first test for Dusseyer and the team will be on March 5 in a friendly match against Iran as part of FIFA Day.
