FC Bruges and its player Vadis Odjidja received bad news as the Belgian international of Ghanaian origin suffered an injury during a morning training session. The extent of the injury is not yet known, as Odjidja immediately went to the hospital for examination after sustaining a blow. The midfielder expressed hope that the injury is not serious in a tweet: “Following a knock in training, I’m on my way to the hospital. Hopefully there will be nothing serious.” The club canceled a scheduled ‘Twinterview’ in which Odjidja was supposed to participate, and they are awaiting the results of the medical examinations to determine the severity of the injury.
