Newcastle United’s leadership is actively seeking a replacement for Loic Remy, who is being courted by clubs like Arsenal and Inter Milan. Among their targets is Senegalese striker Moussa Sow.
Sow, who was the top scorer in Ligue 1 in 2011 during his time at Lille, joined Fenerbahçe in January 2012. The Senegalese forward is reportedly open to the idea of returning to a league like the Premier League next season.
However, any potential transfer for Sow would come at a significant cost, with his price tag rumored to be around 17 million euros. Despite interest from clubs like Zenit Saint Petersburg last January, Fenerbahçe has been reluctant to let go of Sow, who has scored nine goals in the Super Lig so far this season.
