Two young Chinese football players, Min Jun Lin and Bohao Zhang, have arrived in France to join Olympique de Marseille (OM). The duo has been on trial with the club since the beginning of the week and will be staying at the Robert Louis-Dreyfus center for several weeks under the supervision of Thomas Fernandez, the manager of the training center.
OM’s interest in Chinese players is evident, as they continue to explore talent from different parts of the world. Min Jun Lin, aged 19, and Bohao Zhang, aged 18, are currently training with the U19 team, which competes in DH and participated in the Youth League this season. Min Jun Lin, who serves as the captain of the Chinese U20 national team, brings leadership and skill to the squad.
The two players will undergo training and evaluation at OM’s facilities, with the club keen on developing their potential and integrating them into their youth setup. This move reflects the growing trend of Chinese footballers seeking opportunities abroad, contributing to the globalization of the sport.
