GomisFC Nantes acted swiftly in the final moments of the winter transfer window. The club’s management offered a contract to Rémi Gomis, who was experiencing a lack of playing time at Levanté. The Senegalese midfielder didn’t hesitate to accept the offer from the club based in the principality.
Despite joining Levanté from Valenciennes last summer, the 29-year-old has yet to make an appearance for the Spanish club. Gomis, who previously played for Laval and Caen, signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with FC Nantes.
