QPR has finalized their Deadline Day business by securing the loan signing of Malian player Modibo Maïga, following the failed transfer of Algerian Ishak Belfodil. The former West Ham striker, now with QPR, has signed a loan contract with the English Championship club.
Modibo Maïga, 26 years old and under contract with West Ham until June 2016, previously played for Le Mans and Sochaux in France. Expressing his excitement about the move, Maïga stated, “It is an exciting new chapter for me. I am here to play games and score goals.”
