Mamadou Diawara, the Franco-Senegalese striker, is set for a change of scenery as he moves to Recreativo do Libolo in Angola. Previously a player for Belenenses, where he made twelve appearances this season, Diawara opted for a new challenge by signing a two-year contract with his new club, departing five months before the end of his contract with Belenenses.
Having emerged from the youth academy of Clermont Foot, Mamadou Diawara, born on July 26, 1989, made his move to the Portuguese team in 2012 on a free transfer. Now, he ventures into a new football environment in Angola, where he aims to make an impact with Recreativo do Libolo.
