George Morzbach, the grandson of Zamalek Sporting Club’s founder, was present this Thursday morning at the first football team’s hotel in the White Castle to attend the match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek in the Egypt Cup final, scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, upon an invitation extended to him by Hussein Labib, the Chairman of Zamalek’s Board of Directors.
The administration of Zamalek Sporting Club, led by Hussein Labib, had earlier extended an invitation to George Morzbach, given his status as the grandson of the club’s founder, to attend the match at the Al Ahly-owned El Salam Stadium.
Officials from Zamalek Sporting Club were keen to welcome George Morzbach and provide him with all necessary arrangements.
George Morzbach is expected to attend part of the team’s final training session this evening at the Al-Mehalla Sports Academy Stadium in Riyadh, in preparation for the match against Al-Ahly scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, in the Egypt Cup final.
