Nasri is not one to concede easily that Barcelona is the undisputed favorite, emphasizing that the Barcelona of today is not as formidable as it was three years ago.
“Barça are not as strong as three years ago when I faced them with Arsenal. They were at their peak at the time, with Pep Guardiola. I think today they are more vulnerable,” revealed the Sky Blues midfielder, highlighting some of their perceived weaknesses.
Nasri continued, “Defensively, it’s not the same Barcelona. Even in the middle, Xavi is showing signs of aging. I hope we can beat them. In any case, I believe in it; I have a better team with me, and they are less formidable.”
