Youssef Al-Oulmi, the president of Club Africain, has affirmed in a statement to Diwan FM after the conclusion of the match against Club Sportif Sfaxien that he is prepared to leave the club.
Al-Oulmi clarified that if he feels he has become the main problem for the team, he will not hesitate to turn off his phone and withdraw.
Addressing the club’s constitution, Al-Oulmi stated: “In 2021, I was elected by 3,000 members with the goal of protecting the club from external parties that had previously caused disasters.”
He added, “We took on the responsibility of the club at a time when debts amounted to 45 million dinars, in addition to 150 disputes and files related to suspending the club’s activities.”
It is worth noting that Club Africain drew today in the first round of the play-off stage against Club Sportif Sfaxien with a goalless draw.
