Trésor Mputu, the Congolese striker, has returned to TP Mazembe after a complicated transfer process. He held a meeting with the Congolese press to shed light on the situation. Mputu, who remains a TPM player, had signed a one-year contract with Kabuscorp, expressing his desire to experience a different environment. Despite this, he emphasized his commitment to TP Mazembe, calling it the “club of his dreams.” Financially, Kabuscorp offered him a total package of 1 million, 500,000 US dollars (including a signing bonus and salaries), a figure he claimed did not exceed what he could earn at TP Mazembe. Kabuscorp officials were expected to meet with the club president in Lubumbashi to facilitate Mputu’s departure.
