Port Said’s Al-Masry team secured a victory over Smouha with a scoreline of 2-0 in a match held at the Borg El Arab Stadium, as part of the fifteenth round of the Nile League.
Tunisian forward Fakhreddine Ben Youssef opened the scoring for Al-Masry in the ninth minute of the game, followed by his compatriot Motaz Zemzemi adding the second goal in the 77th minute with a strike from the edge of the penalty area.
This win elevates Port Said’s sons to 26 points, jointly leading the standings with Enppi.
Meanwhile, Smouha remains at 19 points, securing the eighth position in the league.
