The third edition of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) kicks off in South Africa tomorrow, Saturday. This tournament gathers the top 16 teams from the continent, exclusively featuring players from their respective national championships.
Organized into four groups of four teams each, these nations vie for success, aiming to follow in the footsteps of Tunisia, the previous trophy holder eliminated during the qualifications for this edition. While Nigeria stands as the arch-favorite, formidable contenders include Ethiopia, Mali, Ghana, and the host country, South Africa.
