The Blouzdzad Club dominated the first half of the encounter, with both goals scored by Boughetta and Wamba, leaving the opposition trailing by a two-goal deficit.
Expanding their lead further in the second half, Young Africans sealed their triumph with a third goal in the 84th minute, courtesy of player Amin Ghalou.
Despite the convincing 3-0 win against Medeama, Young Africans bid farewell to the competition as they concluded their group stage campaign in third place, accumulating a total of 8 points.
