Belfodil has expressed his desire for more playing time, especially with the World Cup on the horizon. While West Ham is leading the race for the player, Serie A clubs Sassuolo and Genoa are also reportedly interested. Belfodil, under contract with Inter Milan until June 2018, may go on loan during the upcoming winter transfer window to gain more playing time and secure his spot in the Algerian national team for the World Cup in Brazil.
