Hesham Nasr, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, revealed a new move by the club’s management with foreign professional players in the first football team regarding receiving their salaries in Egyptian pounds instead of dollars.
“Nasr” confirmed in statements on the “Al-Hadaf” program on “ON Time Sports 2” channel that the club’s management is attempting to negotiate with the professional players in the team to receive their salaries in Egyptian pounds instead of dollars.
The Vice President of Zamalek Club explained that some foreign players have agreed to this proposal while others have refused, indicating that they are waiting to resolve this matter soon.

Regarding the renewal of player contracts, Nasr clarified that the club’s policy is to proceed step by step, following the renewal with Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala, the team’s captain.
He further explained that once this file is completed, it will be announced.
