The president of Auxerre, Guy Cotret, has changed his stance on the potential departure of Paul-Georges Ntep. While a few weeks ago, he expressed readiness to discuss the player’s departure for 5 or 6 million euros plus bonuses, he now insists that discussions can only begin from 8 million euros. Cotret mentioned a past offer from a Qatari club for 8 million euros and stated that this is the price zone they are willing to consider. He clarified that they can also consider bonuses as part of the proposal. However, he denied receiving any offer from Arsenal for Ntep, contradicting previous reports that Roma was interested in the player.
