The incident occurred in the streets of Kaarst in Dusseldorf, where Boateng had gone to visit his son at his ex-wife’s house. Although Boateng managed to escape, he revealed that he sustained slight injuries.
The police confirmed the attack and stated that there are indications that the motive for the crime is related to Boateng’s personal affairs.
