South Africa’s selection for the CHAN (African Nations Championship) has been unveiled by coach Gordon Igesund. The selection includes players from the Premier Soccer League (PSL), despite challenges such as the league calendar scheduling matches during the continental tournament. Notably, Orlando Pirates decided not to release any players for selection. The team, captained by Itumeleng Khune from Kaizer Chiefs, will compete in Group A with Mozambique, Nigeria, and Mali during the CHAN, scheduled from January 11 to February 1.
