Sambou Yatabaré might make a return to the Sporting Club de Bastia during the upcoming winter transfer window. Having been transferred from Bastia to Olympiakos last summer, the Malian midfielder could come back to Corsica. Due to a lack of playing time at Olympiakos, Yatabaré is in talks to return to Bastia on a 6-month loan deal.
According to L’Equipe, negotiations between the leaders of Bastia and Yatabaré have progressed positively. The midfielder, who has seen limited action with Olympiakos this season, is open to the possibility of a loan move. With only 5 appearances, 137 minutes of play, and no starts since the season began, the 24-year-old Malian international is eager for more playing time.
