Hussein Labib, the Chairman of Zamalek Sporting Club, welcomed François Cornet d’Elzius, the Ambassador of Belgium to Egypt, on Monday evening at the headquarters of the White Castle.
The President of Zamalek made sure to extend a warm welcome to the Belgian Ambassador, emphasizing that the role of the White Castle extends beyond sports alone, encompassing dimensions of sports, social, and political significance.
Captain Hussein Labib added, “The credit for establishing Zamalek Club goes to the Belgian, Georges Marzbach. We invite his grandson and family to attend the Zamalek vs. Al Ahly match in the Egyptian Cup final.”
After the visit, Captain Hussein Labib presented the Ambassador with a shield from Zamalek Club, while François Cornet d’Elzius reciprocated with a commemorative gift for the President of Zamalek.
