FC Sochaux has officially signed Gabonese goalkeeper Didier Ovono, following a successful two-day trial. Ovono, with experience in international matches and European cups, joins Sochaux to strengthen their professional squad. The club faced a shortage of goalkeepers after Pierrick Cros suffered a knee injury. However, Ovono will not be part of the Sochaux squad for the upcoming match against Ajaccio in the thirteenth day of Ligue 1.
