Loris Arnaud, the 26-year-old former Paris Saint-Germain striker, is in negotiations with MC Algiers, according to reports. Currently a member of PSFC Chernomorest Bourgas in Bulgaria, Arnaud is expected to meet with Mouloudia leaders in Algiers. However, for the Frenchman to join the Algerian club, he requires the agreement of his current club with whom he is still under contract. Arnaud has previously played for PSG and Angers.
