To reinforce its attacking lineup for the upcoming African Champions League season, Sudanese champion club Al Merreick is targeting Togolese striker Raimi Djima. Djima, who currently plays for National Sport in Khartoum, has caught the attention of Al Merreick’s leaders. Talks have begun between the two clubs and the player to reach an agreement before Djima’s potential departure from his current club. Djima, voted the best foreign player at the end of the championship, has scored 8 goals in all competitions for National Sport Khartoum, and his contract is set to expire in June 2024.
