Despite the group appearing manageable for the well-qualified Belgians, Vincent Kompany, the midfielder for the Red Devils, remains cautious.
“Algeria, South Korea, and Russia. Interesting but delicate because we won’t be able to hide,” Kompany shared on his Twitter account.
Kompany, who recently returned to the pitch after a prolonged absence due to injury problems, featured for Manchester City against WBA on Wednesday in the championship, securing a 2-3 victory. As the player of Congolese origin resumes his form, all eyes are now on maintaining peak performance for a successful World Cup campaign next June.
