The Etoile Filante football club in Togo has decided to commemorate the tragic event that occurred on November 26, 2011, when the team’s bus skidded and caught fire near Gleï, resulting in six deaths, including five club management members and a journalist. In remembrance of this tragedy, Etoile Filante will face Semassi on December 1 at the Sokodé municipal stadium, with the return match scheduled in Lomé on December 8 at the Stade d’Agoé.
