Officials from Zamalek Football Club have commenced maintenance work on the “Helmizamora” Stadium after its closure following yesterday’s youth summit match between the White Knights and their traditional rivals, Al Ahly.
According to “Al-Masry Al-Youm,” the company responsible for maintaining the stadium began its duties today to restore the Helmizamora Stadium.
The first football team’s coaching staff at Zamalek Club, led by Portuguese coach Jose Gomez, had expressed dissatisfaction with the stadium’s condition and requested its maintenance in the near future.
Zamalek’s first football team is preparing to face Ismaily on February 19th in the thirteenth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
