CAN 2013: 35,000 TICKETS ON SALE FOR ALGERIA-LIBYA

Tchaker 122

The Algerian Football Federation is taking steps for the match against Libya on October 13 in the final round of the CAN 2013 qualifiers.

Stadium director Mohamed Belhadja announced that 35,000 tickets will be made available to the public wishing to attend the match. Sales will commence the day before the match, starting on Saturday, October 13, from 9:00 a.m. until tickets are sold out.

The decision to increase the number of tickets was made by the stadium management for security reasons, given that the Algeria-Libya match is a derby. Belhadja stated, “Previously, this number of tickets was not current, but after consulting different parties, we have decided to put all the stadium seats on sale, in order to give everyone the chance to attend this meeting.”

A commission has been established “to guarantee compliance with the conditions necessary for the smooth running of this meeting.” Entrance prices to the stadium vary between 2 and 10 euros.
