Marumo Gallants claim first win of season as Soccer Laduma readers invited to create ‘Pic of the Week’ caption

Marumo Gallants moved off the bottom of the league after beating Siwelele FC 3-2 at Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Friday night, securing their first victory of the season and reducing the immediate threat of relegation.

The result is featured alongside Soccer Laduma’s popular ‘Pic of the Week’, which appears in every edition of the publication and has long been a favourite among readers.

Readers are being invited to write the caption for this week’s photograph. Entrants should study the image and submit a headline that best captures the moment, whether it is funny, inspiring or written in any other style.

Soccer Laduma will select the headline it considers most suitable and publish it alongside the ‘Pic of the Week’, together with the chosen reader’s name.

Suggested headlines can be submitted in the comments section below. Readers can then check whether their entry has been selected for publication in Soccer Laduma this week.
