Chelsea make one change for Everton clash as Xabi Alonso names starting XI

Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has made one change to his starting line-up for the Premier League meeting with Everton.

The two sides face each other at Everton’s home ground in the seventh round of the competition, with kick-off approaching.

Jorrel Hato comes into the team in place of Pep Chavarria, the only alteration made by Alonso from Chelsea’s previous selection.

Chelsea’s starting XI is:

Defenders: Josh Acheampong, Maxence Lacroix, Levi Colwill.

Midfielders: Pedro Neto, Jordan Henderson, Moises Caicedo, Jorrel Hato.

Forwards: Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro, Morgan Rogers.

Chelsea begin the match fifth in the Premier League table with 10 points, level with fourth-placed Everton on goal difference.
