Bursaspor have opened negotiations with Nigeria winger Henry Onyekuru over a possible six-month contract as they seek to strengthen their attack during the next winter transfer window.
According to Fanatik, talks with the former Genclerbirligi player have progressed well. Onyekuru is currently without a club, meaning Bursaspor would not have to pay a transfer fee to secure his services.
The Turkish club are considering offering him a six-month deal with an option. However, there is a regulatory obstacle to registering the contract, as Onyekuru would not be permitted to play in official matches before January.
Wollacott completes move to Slovakia
FC Kosice have confirmed the signing of Ghana goalkeeper Joe Wollacott, who has agreed a contract with the Slovakian Superliga club until the end of 2026.
The 30-year-old spent two weeks training with the yellow-and-blue squad before finalising the move. His agreement includes an option to extend his stay until 2027.
Wollacott had been without a club since leaving Crawley Town in July. The Ghana international has joined FC Kosice to replace Kevin Dabrowski, who departed at the end of the summer transfer window.
Matondo set for new Paris FC contract
Rudy Matondo is close to extending his stay with Paris FC despite a difficult start to the season in which his opportunities have been limited, according to L’Equipe.
The Franco-Congolese midfielder joined the Parisian club last winter but was unable to sign a long-term contract because he was a minor at the time of his arrival.
Now 18, Matondo is expected to see his contractual situation change quickly, although that development comes despite his initial expectations regarding his position in the team’s pecking order.
Bolma to leave IFK Norrkoping
Stephen Bolma is set to leave IFK Norrkoping when his contract expires this winter, after the Swedish club decided not to offer the Ghanaian midfielder a new deal.
The club announced the decision on social media. Bolma moved to Sweden at the beginning of 2023 from Attram De Visser Academy in an attempt to establish himself in European football.
The 21-year-old’s spell with IFK Norrkoping ends after a difficult period in which his progress and influence within the squad were significantly affected by repeated injury problems.
