Tour du Faso 2026: Burkina Faso’s Etalons begin training camp

Burkina Faso’s Etalons have started preparations for the Tour du Faso 2026, with 20 riders involved in the initial selection under national coach Jeremie Ouedraogo.

The training programme began at the start of October and continues on Thursday, 8 October, when the group travels to Bobo-Dioulasso.

The riders will stop in Boromo before completing the journey to the capital of the Hauts-Bassins region on Friday, 9 October. They will continue their preparations there.

A second phase is planned in Sapone after the Grand Prix Hotel Excellence, which is scheduled for 18 October.

Paul Daumont is also expected to join his team-mates during the final stage of preparations.
