The anticipated face-off between Elamine Erbate and Raja Casablanca has been delayed, with the trial between the two parties now rescheduled for November 25. Initially set for Monday, the hearing has been postponed.
Elamine Erbate, a former player of Raja Casablanca, accused his ex-club of corruption. The ex-Marseillais explicitly claimed that his former club had requested him, during the previous season, to provide money to players from opposing teams. According to Erbate, this practice contributed to Raja Casablanca securing the championship title.
Raja Casablanca’s management has firmly denied these allegations and has taken legal action by filing a complaint. The legal proceedings will continue in November, offering both sides an opportunity to present their cases.
