Karim Benzema expands Dubai property portfolio
Karim Benzema is continuing to strengthen his ties to Dubai after acquiring several luxury residences at Mercedes-Benz Places- Binghatti City, including a property inside the development’s Vision Iconic Tower.
Binghatti confirmed the former Real Madrid star’s investment during the tower’s launch at Coca-Cola Arena.
The French forward completed the acquisition in a ceremony with Binghatti Chief Sales Officer Abdullah Binghatti, attended by company chairman Muhammad Binghatti and other senior figures.
Vision Iconic Tower is set to rise 341 metres and form the centrepiece of the wider Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City development. The tower features more than 1,400 residential units, ranging from one- to five-bedroom apartments and royal suites, alongside retail space.
The wider masterplan covers around 10 million square feet and includes 12 residential towers with more than 13,000 planned homes. It represents the second major collaboration between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz after their initial branded development in Dubai.
Benzema’s property investment comes as his football future remains uncertain following his departure from Al Hilal.
His latest Dubai purchase further highlights his growing business interests beyond football.
