Algerian midfielder Fouad Halil is aiming to establish himself at Strasbourg after recently being promoted to the club’s B team.
Speaking exclusively to Maghreb-Foot, his agent outlined the ambitions surrounding the young player’s development.
Halil’s immediate objective is to progress gradually and earn playing time with Strasbourg’s first team. His representatives are keen to avoid rushing his development, instead favouring a step-by-step approach suited to his age.
The midfielder also hopes eventually to move closer to the Algeria national team. Before that can happen, he must first make his mark at Strasbourg and demonstrate that he can meet the expectations placed on him.
Strasbourg are due to play their sixth Ligue 1 match of the season against OGC Nice shortly. The match has been priced at 2.85 for a Strasbourg victory, 3.40 for a draw and 2.20 for an OGC Nice win.
